Motive e-shop: Your Perfect Order, Now in 21 Languages
Now supporting 21 languages, our e-shop and Configurator make configuring and purchasing Motive products faster, easier, and more reliable.
Almost 50% of Motive's customer orders are placed directly through its e-shop. The remaining 50% are submitted through customers' own ERP or purchasing systems, but they use Motive product codes, demonstrating that customers have previously configured the products using the Motive Configurator and e-shop.
Before placing an order, customers typically use the Motive Configurator (https://www.motive.it/en/configuratore.php) and the Motive e-shop (https://shop.motive.it/en/shop) to explore all available product options, verify pricing and delivery times, save carts and product configurations, and generate unique, unambiguous product codes. This ensures that orders received by Motive are complete, accurate, and immediately processable, significantly reducing the risk of errors and speeding up order handling.
